The Beach Hut Floor Plan

This is an approximate floor plan.  Please forgive any flaws in dimensional appearance.
Bedrooms 1 & 2 are approximately 12'x12' and 3 & 4 are approximately 11'x14'.   The Living room is about 21'x15'.

D = Double
T = Twin

One bathroom has a full tub and shower.  The second bathroom is currently a 1/2 bath, but with a shower to be installed soon.  There is an additional hot and cold shower in the enclosed room at ground level, and a shower for rinsing off on the ocean side deck. The kitchen and living room are open, with top and bottom cabinets dividing the space.  The kitchen is roomy, and fully stocked with everything you'll need except food.  It has a refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, double sink, electric 4 burner stove and oven and a full size microwave.  The ceramic tile table is 6' long and has an additional leaf stored underneath.  Extra chairs can be found in the second living area (LR2) which has two comfortable chairs, and some occasional chairs.  The table in LR2 holds a 13" color TV and games are stored underneath.  You will also find games, books, and other rainy-day items in the cabinet in the main Living Room, which has a Queen size sleeper sofa, 2 large chairs, a rocker, and a swivel rocker (perfect for watching TV and the ocean without getting up!)  All the bedrooms and both living areas have cable connections with premier service (60 channels).  There is ample parking for 6 cars or more. While we provide kitchen towels, mattress pads, bedspreads and pillows, you need to bring your own linens or rent them on the island.

Note: Currently there is a 13" color TV in BR1, a 13" color TV in LR2 and a 19" color TV in the main Living Room.  We hope to install TVs in all the bedrooms soon.

The Beach Hut has been fully renovated in 2002 and is ready to welcome you when you arrive.  We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do.
